Order Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 (local warehouse time) are typically dispatched the same business day. During launches, sales, or peak periods, processing may take 1 business day.
- No dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
- Pre-order items ship when available (see product page).
- Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also track from your account.
Duties & Taxes
