Return eligibility
- Initiate your return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Please try items on indoors to avoid wear/soil marks.
Tip: keep the original mailer until you’re sure you’ll keep the item.
Non-returnable items
- Custom/teamwear with names, numbers, or club crests
- Gift cards and downloadable digital items
- Underwear, base layers, and socks removed from packaging
- Final sale/clearance items marked “Non-returnable”
- Items returned in used/dirty condition or missing parts
How to start a return
- Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return.
- Choose a reason and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- Print the return slip and include it inside your parcel.
- Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until your return is processed.
Return postage: for unwanted/size-change returns, the buyer usually pays return shipping. For faulty, damaged, or wrong items, we’ll cover reasonable return costs or provide a prepaid label (contact support first).
Refunds
- After the return arrives, inspection takes 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Your bank or card issuer typically posts credits in 3–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
- Partial refunds may apply for worn/damaged packaging or missing accessories.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Choose Exchange during your return request. We’ll reserve your replacement for up to 7 days after we approve the return. If your requested variant is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
For urgent swaps, place a new order now and return the original for a refund.
Faulty or damaged
If your item arrived damaged or developed a fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (damage) or within a reasonable time (fault). Include photos and your order number. We’ll repair, replace, or refund in line with consumer protection laws.
Wrong item received
Received the wrong product or size? We’ll arrange a free return label and send the correct item as soon as possible.
Gifts & store credit
Gifts can be returned by the recipient with the order number. Refunds go to the original payment method; where appropriate, we can issue store credit to the recipient instead.
Packaging & condition
- Shoes: return in original box placed inside a mailer (do not tape the shoe box).
- Apparel: fold neatly; include tags and polybag if supplied.
- Accessories/equipment: return all parts and manuals.
We may refuse or reduce a refund for items returned used, washed, scented, or soiled.
